I provide individual therapy for adults, focusing on concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, grief, addiction, family therapy, and emotional regulation. Treatment is tailored to each client's goals and needs.
I work with adults(18+) from diverse backgrounds. I strive to provide a respectful, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for all clients.
The first session is an intake session where we discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, relevant history, and goals. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether we're a good fit.
Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Longer sessions may be available when clincally appropriate and scheduled in advance.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Frequency may change over time depending on your goals, progress, and preferences.
I accept select insurance plans. Please contact me to verify coverage and benefits.
I require 24-48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
Yes. Therapy is confidential and protected by law. There are limited exceptions, such as risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse, or court orders, which will be explained in detail during the intake process.
Yes. I offer secure, Hippa- compliant teletherapy sessions. Teletherapy is available to clients who are physically located in the state where I am licensed at the time of the session.
